  • Energy Report
  • HIA contracts prepared including job specifications, start and completion dates and progress payment schedule (Fixed price Contracts)
  • Home Owners Warranty Insurance
  • Building Permit

Building Works

  • 10 to 14 weeks duration for approx size 75-90 square metres
  • Not necessary to move out of the home during the construction process. We work around you and make the building process as easy as possible!!
