- Preparation of design and concept by Stephen
- Written quotation
- Job acceptance by client
- Preparation of plans and specifications
- Engineering Design and Report
- Energy Report
- HIA contracts prepared including job specifications, start and completion dates and progress payment schedule (Fixed price Contracts)
- Home Owners Warranty Insurance
- Building Permit
Building Works
- 10 to 14 weeks duration for approx size 75-90 square metres
- Not necessary to move out of the home during the construction process. We work around you and make the building process as easy as possible!!
